Coface is a French multinational leader in business credit insurance. The firm appeared on the Italian scene with the acquisition of La Viscontea, a historic company, linking the two together with a bridge brand - Viscontea Coface - until the moment came to assert the image of Coface alone.
The communications campaign, which was integrated with an intense exchange of information and internal planning, insisted on the market by creating brand recognition for its international values and integrating the positive image that was already a part of the La Viscontea heritage. The challenge? Communicating both continuity and change while reassuring long-standing clients and attracting those looking for new proposals.
