Pisano landed in MS&L Italia in 1998 fresh from an undergraduate degree programme in Pisa and a Masters in Milan. At that time, the Agency was seeking talents for the Technology area and they like Sergio’s angle on such a dynamic sector, open to experimentation and world trends in business thinking, even though he may have been a little low on the lingo at the time.

Progressive responsibilities in motivating the group soon put Sergio at the helm of the Corporate Finance Division. This job entails institutional consultancy for businesses in all sectors; relations with the media and the financial community; events, corporate publishing, and managerial training for clients. Particular value is given to Sergio’s experience in issue management and crisis communications.

As an effective trainer in classrooms of specialised company, much of his capacity is dedicated to the team he has surrounded himself with over the years and that has succeeded in distinguishing itself for its professional qualities, motivation, self-awareness in increasing its own value.
