Adriana founded the Public Relations agency in her own name in 1978. Mavellia’s edge consisted in her ‘having visited’ a variety of professions and experiments: from direct marketing to journalism, from publishing to advertising and promotions. She arrived at Public Relations with a mastery of the languages that allowed her to understand business in all its marvellous complexities inside and out, enhancing her solutions and proposals with a global vision.

Her name and her Agency were one until 2001, when the acquisition of Chiappe Bellodi gave rise to the new brand name that today is MS&L Italia; but above all, it allowed her to mould personal and professional qualities in a 'change management’ according to the book.

The market has recognised her flair for business and her knack for selecting individuals and shaping them to suit her vision of work. But in addition to personal success, Adriana strives to culturally develop the world of Public Relations and take on further responsibility through associative roles: from chair of Assorel, ’98-’01, to current appointments with the Service Group for Business Communications in Assolombarda and the Rotary International Public Relations Committee.
